Who we are
Aeromedical Compass is an independent-facing aviation medical transparency resource operated by Pilots for HIMS Reform, Inc. It is not affiliated with the FAA or the official HIMS Program.
Educational purpose
Compass is informational and educational. It is not medical, legal, employment, licensing, or professional advice.
Practice-focused profiles
Provider profiles summarize approved, de-identified practice signals. Provider names are used to identify the practices being described, not to make personal judgments. Inclusion is not an endorsement, disciplinary finding, guarantee, or certification.
Submissions
By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to share the information and files, that you have removed unnecessary PHI, and that your report is made in good faith. You grant Compass a non-exclusive license to review, redact, structure, analyze, aggregate, and publish de-identified information consistent with the methodology and privacy policy.
Compass may accept, reject, edit for privacy/clarity, request clarification, or decline to publish any submission or evidence item.
Structured observations and evidence
Checking a standardized observation records what the reporter says they observed; it is not automatically treated as a verified fact. Observations and evidence enter review states and affect public calculations only after the applicable approval process.
Right of reply
Named providers are offered a reasonable opportunity to respond before new approved material affects a public profile. A right-of-reply notice can include a reviewed, de-identified provider-facing description and limited interaction context. Providers may submit context, corrections, supporting material, or a statement for consideration/publication.
Acceptable use
Do not submit harassment, threats, doxxing, knowingly false information, material you do not have the right to share, or unredacted PHI. Do not attempt to identify or contact reporters through the directory.
No guarantee
Compass does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of submissions, ratings, evidence, or provider responses. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the methodology and service evolve. They are governed by Indiana law to the extent applicable.
